The Process

• Submission Deadline (1st of July)– Submit or share your most successful idea or strategy
implemented during 2022, using the provided template. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions as well.

• The nominations will be evaluated for quantitative criteria by The Indian School of Hospitality (ISH). An
independent jury will then evaluate the subjective criteria and finalise the winners in each category. The
winners should have demonstrated exceptional success in accelerating business growth impacting:

Sales excellence
Marketing innovation
Revenue optimization

• Entries will be submitted individually with all details required.

• The 5 function categories under which to submit are:

DOSM – Property level
DORM – Property level
DOS – Corporate/Cluster/Regional role
DOM – Corporate/Cluster/ Regional role
DOR – Corporate/Cluster/Regional role

• The awards will be presented at end of the day of the conference with exciting prizes.
