Gautam Bhandari leads Revenue Strategy for Marriott and The Ritz Carlton Hotels in Asia Pacific.
Gautam started his career with Marriott Hotels in Australia. Since then Gautam has held a range of roles in Revenue Management, Operations and Sales & Marketing.
Gautam is a graduate of Griffith University Australia with a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management.

Luke joined Mantra Group in 2009 as General Manager, Revenue.
Luke is directly responsible for Mantra Group’s revenue management teams, central reservation system (MG-Res) and distribution of rates and inventory.
Luke has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry both internationally and in Australia, and has held operational roles across multiple international brands, including Holiday Inn, Starwood, Hayman Island and the Langham Group.
Luke holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Gen’sis Solutions.
Luke is a member of the Bond University Hotel, Resort and Tourism Management Advisory Board.

Benj is the Manager of Hotel Distribution at Amadeus IT Pacific, where he supports his customers to develop and execute hotel content strategies so they can increase their efficiencies, remain relevant, and provide a competitive product to their customers.
Benj works across online and offline hotel content strategies, content distribution, consultation and education, hotel booking technology (OBTs) & payment solutions and hotel payments.
Passionate and knowledgeable about the hotel sector, Benj is President of HSMAI Pacific and HSMAI Asia Pacific Board of Directors – Treasurer. He previously held commercial roles at The Lido Group and Rendezvous Hospitality Group.
