윤소윤 총괄 매니저는 , 세계적인 호텔 브랜드와 국내 호텔 브랜드에서 홍보 및 마케팅 업무를 중점적으로 역량을 쌓았다. 리츠칼튼 홍보팀장으로 호텔 업무를 시작했으며, 이 후 그랜드 인터컨티넨탈 및 코엑스 인터컨티넨탈 홍보팀장으로 옮기며 대언론 홍보 업무를 진행했다.

포시즌스 호텔 서울의 오프닝 멤버로 들어가 전 세계 시장에 서울을 홍보하고 포시즌스 호텔 서울 오픈을 적극적으로 홍보하며 상품을 기획했다. 특히 포시즌스 전세기 투어 때 한국관광공사와 한국의 아름다움을 럭셔리 여행 시장에 알리는데 힘썼다.

신세계조선호텔에 입사해 디저털 마케팅 업무를 맡으며, 멤버십 기획부터 개발 업무를 비롯해 전사 홈페이지 및 앱을 만들며 디지털 마케팅 분야까지 업무를 넓혀나갔다.

현재 영국 테크 업계인 Protect Group의 한국 총괄로 새롭게 런칭하는 솔루션의 한국 진출을 담당하고 있다.

Carrie has worked in public relations and marketing at international and Korean hotel groups. Her hospitality career started as Director of the public relations team at the Ritz-Carlton Seoul, after which she moved to the Grand InterContinental Hotel and COEX InterContinental Hotel as Director of the public relations.

Based on her experience she joined as an opening member of the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul and has promoted the destination Seoul as well as the property all around the world. In particular, she worked with the Korea Tourism Organization for Four Seasons private jet tour to promote Korea’s beauty into the luxury travel market.

After 5 years, she expanded her career from PR, Marketing and was leading the Digital Marketing department for Shinsegae Josun Hotels and Resorts. She was in charge of new memberships from planning to develop the program for the corporate website and app.

Currently, she is a business development manager of Protect Group, an international tech company and leads a newly launched solution for the Korean market.
