Ailynn has more than 20 years of successful track record in hospitality sales & marketing leadership role within 5-star hotels and convention centers, managing several geographical and multi-cultural environments.

A great advocate in the area of Sustainability and CSR, she has championed numerous green initiatives in her previous companies and played a pivotal role in the organization’s successful effort in attaining their green  certifications. She  is always  passionate in helping her conference clients organise green events and conference from conceptualisation to implementation .

Her focus on driving impact and inspiring change has won her the prestigious Sheldon Adelson Citizenship Award – Sands Cares Hero of the Year in 2019. 

Ailynn believes in giving back to the industry and have participated actively as guest  lecture at both local and international industry events and universities sharing on topics related to ESG & DEI.   

 She was a founding member  of HSMAI in Singapore and currently serve on the APAC Commercial advisory board .
