Alejandro has extensive F&B operations experience in Singapore, Dubai and Peru, (Acurio Restaurantes – Celebrity Chef Gaston Acurio, Starwood Hotels, Bacchanalia Restaurant – 1 Michelin Star). In his previous management positions, he led the product team that was responsible for identifying and understanding user needs, planning and releasing valuable solutions specific to the hospitality business. Since 2017 to present, Alejandro is the Product Manager for Weeloy Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore. He leads the continuous improvement of Weeloy portfolio of products as well as custom development projects. And, has been responsible for coordinating the development and launch of several new products as well as hundreds of enhancements with high impact on user experience, restaurant revenue, marketing data collection, productivity and compliance.
