    Carolina is a seasoned leader in digital advertising and marketing with over 16 years of experience spanning strategy, sales, marketing, and operations. Passionate about driving innovation in data, media, adtech, and martech, Carolina has spent the last few years of her career focusing on helping Fortune 500 clients navigate their digital transformation journeys across the region.

    In APAC, she has served as Regional Head of Growth for Media.Monks SEA+HK, VP of Activation for Assembly Global, APAC, and Regional Client Partner and Head of Precision, APAC, for IPG Mediabrands’ companies. Prior to Singapore, Carolina led innovation for IPG Mediabrands’ Adtech division in Canada, where she helped spearhead Canada’s first Advanced Linear TV and programmatic OOH campaigns in market. Previous positions include:  Sales Director for Adconion (now Amobee), Account Executive at Microsoft/MSN, and Social Media Manager/Interactive Marketer for Samsung. She is also an avid industry contributor and regular speaker at industry events and previous Chair of The Interactive Advertising Bureau of Canada’s Data Analytics Committee.
