Charles Park is a certified revenue management professional with over ten years of experience in hotel revenue management and sales.

Charles began his career in the hospitality industry with Hana Tour in 2008 and continued his career with Lotte Hotel Seoul in 2013 as a Sales Manager. In 2016, he joined SIGNIEL Seoul as a pre-opening member and established the structure of sales and revenue management. In 2020 he moved to the corporate revenue management team of Lotte Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Director of Revenue Management and spread the revenue management culture across the organization. In 2023, he began a new journey with OTA Insight as a Business Development Manager in Korea. He is a certified revenue management executive by HSMAI.

박흥수 본부장은 10년 이상의 호텔 수익관리와 판촉 경험을 바탕으로 공인된 수익관리 전문가이다.

2008년 하나투어에서 호스피탈리티 업계의 커리어를 시작하였고 2013년 롯데호텔 서울에서 판촉지배인으로서 커리어를 이어 나갔다. 2016년 시그니엘서울의 오프닝멤버로 합류하여 판촉과 수익관리의 기본적인 틀을 갖추었으며, 2020년 (주)호텔롯데의 본사 수익관리 팀에 헤드매니저로 이동하여 전사적으로 수익관리 문화를 전파하는데 힘썼다. 2023년 OTA 인사이트로 옮겨 한국 시장을 담당하고 있으며 현재 HSMAI 공인 수익관리 전문가 (CRME) 자격증을 보유하고 있다.
