Emilie has been engaged in the hospitality adventure for the past 20 years. At Accor Asia Pacific, she successively led the Digital Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Experience and B2B sales support departments. She has contributed to the above-market performance of the Accor network in the region, which has grown from 250 to 1200 hotels across 38 brands during her tenure.
In 2022, she joined D-EDGE to empower hotels with the right distribution solutions. She believes digital technologies enable enhanced customer experience both online and in real life. And she trusts the power of memorable customer experiences to drive loyalty, hence overall performance.
Her passion for travel has led her from Paris to Asia where she settled 17 years ago. Bangkokian at heart, she now calls Singapore home.
