The company’s platform, GroupSync, empowers meeting and event planners to quickly search, shop and book group guest rooms, meeting space and includes a proprietary RFP-free group booking option called GroupSync Instant Booking. GroupSync also provides hoteliers powerful technology to manage room blocks and upsell groups, monetize on-property amenities with easy to launch voucher programs, and curate their property profiles within GroupSync to command greater market share.

Groups360 launched GroupSync in 2014. In 2019, Accor, Hilton, IHG and Marriott invested US$50 million to speed the development and rollout of GroupSync. Earlier this year, Blackstone and two other private equity firms invested another US$35 million to fuel the company’s international growth. Today, Hilton Hotels, Omni Hotels, IHG and Premier Inn are offering GroupSync’s Instant Booking capability across some or all of their estates. Accor has announced its worldwide launch later this year.
