이희라 대표는 런던과 서울의 호텔에서 레비뉴매니지먼트의 기초를 다지고 또 성장 했으며, 현재는 한국 호텔들이 레비뉴 매니지먼트의 문화를 도입하고 또 이를 통해서 매출과 수익을 달성 할수 있도록 도와주고 있음.

이희라 대표는 런던의 IHG 에서 커리어를 시작 하였으며 8년동안 공항 호텔을 포함한 영국의 3개의 다른 IHG 호텔에서 레비뉴 매니지먼트의 스킬을 배우면서 레비뉴 매니저로서 성장 할 수 있었음.  이후 한국으로 돌아와서 JW 메리어트 서울의 레비뉴 전략 이사를 역임한후 3년후에 다시 IHG 의 SEAK 헤드쿼터에서 한국 IHG 호텔의 전체 매출을 담당하는 한국 레비뉴 매니저를 역임한후 이후 커머셜 다이렉터로 승진 하였음.  이희라 대표는 항상 데이터 기술에 대한 관심이 컸고 또 교육과 개개인의 발전을 중요하게 생각 했기 때문에,  BI 회사인 OTA 인사이트로 이직을 했음.   현재는 OTA 인사이트에서 한국 시장을 담당하고 있으며, 이를 통해 더 많은 한국의 호텔리어들과 소통하며, 그들이 더 쉽고 스마트하게 일을 할 수 있도록 도와주고 있음.

Heerah has a strong revenue management background from competitive markets such as London and Seoul and now supports hotels in Korea to implement a revenue management culture as well as achieving revenue and profit targets through revenue management.

Heerah started her career at the IHG in London and developed revenue management skills for 8 years from 3 different IHG properties in the UK including an airport hotel.  Then she moved back to her home country in Korea and started working as a director of revenue strategy at the JW Marriott Seoul for 3 years.  After that she went back to IHG, worked for IHG SEAK HQ responsible for revenue management for all IHG Korea properties, then she was promoted to the Commercial Leader for the Korean market.  Heerah is always interested in data technology that is why she decided to work for OTA Insight.  She is passionate about training and developing others and working for OTA Insight helps Heerah to engage with more hoteliers and make hoteliers’ working life easier and smarter.
