Earned an MBA from Syracuse University, and was a member of the HSMAI Marketing Advisory Board for over 8 years.  In his current role with Minor Hotels Isaac is responsible for devising and developing the strategic annual marketing plan and oversees all marketing campaign planning and execution across all channels, in close collaboration with the eCommerce, CRM and Marketing teams. Additionally, Isaac is responsible for the website and CRM content strategies including the implementation of personalization and dynamic content to drive awareness and revenue to Anantara Hotels & Resorts and Avani Hotels.
