Juli joined HSMAI in 2012 and looks after HSMAI Americas’ volunteer advisory boards, and their programs of work – from conferences and certifications to benchmarking studies and research projects – which provide leading education, a best practices exchange, thought leadership, and professional connections for sales, marketing, and revenue management professionals in the hospitality industry. She also facilitates the global HSMAI Distribution Advisory Board and its work.

Her areas of expertise include member and volunteer engagement, board facilitation, strategic partnerships, and program and product development, management, and marketing.

She currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, two of the most clever, energetic, and interesting teenagers on planet Earth, and her hairy “co-worker,” Kitty the cockapoo.
