마티아스는 Story Hospitality의 유럽, 중동, 아프리카 포트폴리오의 수익 및 영업 분야에 대해 광범위한 상업적 지원을 하고 있습니다. 그룹의 중장기적 전략 실현과 상업적 실적 평가를 하고 있으며 기업 지출에 대한 방향을 제시합니다.

마티아스는 다양한 국가와 시장에서 여러 수익 담당 포지션들을 수행해왔습니다 (프랑스, 태국, 중국, 모로코, 호주, 세이셜, 몬테네그로, 아랍에미레이트). 힐튼, 로타나, IHG 에서의 수년간의 근무 경력을 통해 국제적 수익 전문성을 갖추었습니다.

현재 마티아스는 2021년부터 한국에 베이스를 둔 컨설팅 회사를 설립하여 수익 및 영업에 대한 전문성을 호스피탈리티 기업들에 제공하고 있습니다.

마티아스는 파리의 ESSEC-IMHI 비즈니스 스쿨의 수익 매니지먼트 MBA degree를 보유하고 있습니다.

Matthias Geoffroy, Corporate Director of Sales & Revenue, serves to provide extensive Commercial support in both revenue and sales discipline to Story Hospitality portfolio across Europe, Middle East & Africa region. Matthias is responsible in leading the group’s strategy implementation, assessing commercial performance while providing directions for capital expenditures.

Matthias has held various revenue roles in different countries and markets (France, Thailand, China, Morocco, Australia, Seychelles, Montenegro and the United Arab Emirates). Having worked with companies such as: Hilton, Rotana Hotels & resorts and IHG has given him the ability to acquire international Revenue expertise over the years enabling him to thrive in multi-paced environments.

Currently Matthias is based in South Korea since 2021, where he has set-up his consultancy company providing revenue and sales expertise to hospitality companies.

Matthias holds an MBA specialized in revenue management from the ESSEC-IMHI Business school in Paris.
