As a seasoned commercial leader and travel industry expert within Marriott International’s Global Sales Organization and Asia Pacific’s Consumer Operations leadership team, I am responsible for providing strategic sales leadership to Marriott’s Global Sales Organization and B2B Programs, Marketing & Events team for APAC based in Hong Kong. In addition, I also sit on the APAC Advisory Board for PCMA and The Commercial Advisory Board for HSMAI Asia Pacific.
The Global Sales Organization (GSO) manages strategic relationships with Marriott’s top customers globally – a mix of global corporations, associations, airlines, intermediaries, and emerging businesses. The GSO leads the overall strategic direction for all Marriott brands hotels, both managed and franchised with these complex, high-value customers. They are responsible for all revenue streams (business transient, group, luxury, and extended stay) and work in collaboration with the B2B Marketing, Programs & Events experts to grow customer preference across all digital, social and face-to-face platforms.
