This native New Yorker began her career in an Italian Bakery at just 14 years old and has done nearly every job in hospitality since.  Graduating with a degree in International Business from The George Washington University, she decided to merge her love of Food & Beverage with her business acumen.  She is now Co-Founder of SJS Group, a Singapore-based company that owns and operates popular brands such as Employees Only, LuLu’s Lounge, Bang Bang nightclub, Papi’s Tacos, and Pasta Bar.  She prides herself on understanding the intricacies of different markets, concept development & branding, operations, and turning the passion of Food & Beverage into a profitable business.
