Taisuke Watanabe is currently the Field Marketing Manager, Japan at IHG.

Taisuke Watanabe is a performance-oriented marketing and digital professional with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry. He has worked with global international hotel chains like Hyatt, Hilton, Shanghai-la and IHG as well as technology and service firms like Micros, GTA and TripAdvisor.  Taisuke is currently based in Japan. As Field Marketing Manager, Japan for IHG, he is responsible for developing above-property marketing strategy to drive acquisitions in the field of rooms and restaurants & bar. In this role, he develops, coordinates and communicates strategic initiatives and priorities for Destination Marketing, Digital Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Distribution Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Social media Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Brand Guidance and Commercial Learning & Development.

Taisuke is also a member of the inaugural HSMAI Japan Chapter.
