Glen is a dynamic and strategic Asia Pacific executive, with 20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Operations Management, General Management, and Commercial Media Production, with a specific focus on Loyalty marketing strategies that assist international luxury Hotel brands tap into new markets, engage & retain their value customers, and broadcast their brand story to a wider audience.

Originally from Sydney, Glen started his career with one of most influential TV channels in Australia, as a Director of Commercial Production. With a passion for the luxury tourism industry, Glen then spent 20+ years working with Hilton Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Marriott Hotels, Four Seasons, Hyatt, and many other well recognised international luxury hotel brands, by innovating & leading their Loyalty Marketing programs in a vendor services capacity.

Glen has spent that last 15+ years living and working in Asia, with 10 years based in Shanghai delivering and managing sales & marketing projects across 26+ cities in China. Asia-wide Glen has led over 85 Loyalty Sales & Marketing projects across 10 Asia Pacific countries, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
