Sienna is a veteran Revenue Management professional whose beginnings in hospitality started at Grand InterContinental Seoul’s Front Office Team in 2004. This led to over a decade in customer services including responsibilities as a Guest Relattions Officer specializing in VIP guests. The second chapter of Sienna’s career took her to marketing where she further broadend her field of expertise in strategic planning before moving on to Revenue Management in 2019. Here, she leveraged data-driven insights to excel as a specialist in revenue optimization. Currently, Sienna oversees Revenue Management the prestigious Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, InterContinental Seoul COEX, situated in Gangnam, the heart of South Korea’s business and culture, and luxury resort destination, Parnas Hotel Jeju. One of her key areas of focus is fostering and enhancing forward-facing Revenue Management culture across these diverse properties.

서지예 RM은 2004년 Grand InterContinental Seoul 객실운영팀에서 호스피탈리티 커리어를 시작으로 VIP 전담 Guest Relations officer까지 10여년 고객접점의 서비스 전문가로 성장하였습니다. 이후 마케팅팀에서 기획 업무를 거쳐 2019년부터는 InterContinental Seoul의 Revenue Management로 이동하여 데이터를 기반한 수익관리 전문 매니저로 업무를 시작하였다. 현재 대한민국의 비즈니스 및 문화 중심지인 서울 강남의 ‘그랜드 인터컨티넨탈 서울 파르나스’, ‘인터컨티넨탈 서울 코엑스’, 제주를 대표하는 럭셔리 리조트 호텔 ‘파르나스 호텔 제주’까지 글로벌 체인 호텔과 로컬 브랜드 모두 총괄하고 있으며 Revenue Management 문화를 안착하고 고도화 해 나가는데 집중하고 있다.
