Stefan has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He started his career with Marriott in Germany and Korea. At the InterContinental Hotels Group based in Beijing he was part of a global taskforce developing an in-house Revenue Management Academy for the company. He built a revenue management culture for Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts based in Hong Kong and was responsible for global RM strategies of the Jumeirah Group in Dubai.

He set up the revenue management infrastructure for Rocco Forte Hotels based in London and was responsible for the revenue management and distribution strategy at the Onyx Hospitality Group in Bangkok. After joining the Bangkok based accommodation provider favstay as Chief Commercial Officer, he opened his own commercial consulting company and is now the Head of Commercial – Asia for TUI BLUE Hotels and Resorts based in Korea.

From 2013 to 2016 he was the President of HSMAI Thailand and part of the HSMAI APAC Board of Directors and is now President of HSMAI Korea since 2023.

스테판 볼프대표는 30년넘은 경험을  호텔산업에서 쌓았다. 독일  Hamburg Marriott호텔에서 시작해 서울 JW Marriott호텔에서도 RM Director로 일했다.  InterContinental Hotels Group 베이징에서는 북아시아담당  Regional Revenue Manager로 일을하며  in-house RM Academy IHC Group의 일원으로도 일을했다.  Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts에서는 RM Director로  RM Culture 를 구축을 중점으로 일을했고,  두바이 Jumeirah Group에서는Corporate  Director RM 로global RM Strategies 를 세웠으며, 런던 Rocco Forte Hotels에서는 전반적인 RM기반을 쌓는데 주력했다. 방콕  Onyx Hospitality Group에서는 SVP로서  RM and Distribution Strategy를 담당했고 그후 accommodation provider favstay에서는 CCO를 역임했다.

자 회사  Wolf Commercial Consulting의 대표이사로 경력을 이어갔으며 현재는 한국에 거주하며 head of Commercial – Asia for TUI BLUE Hotels and Resorts를 담당하고 있다.

2013부터 2016까지 President of HSMAI Thailand와 HSMAI APAC Board of Directors를 역임했으며 현재는 2023년부터 President of HSMAI 한국을 담당하고 있다.
