Sonnia has been a sales leader working for over two decades in travel, hospitality and real estate and has spearheaded sales, marketing, revenue and PR as part of her roles with Hotel brands such as The Oberoi Group, Accor Hotels, IHCL and more & real estate brands like DLF. She has led and mentored sales teams and developed some outstanding managers. She has also been a sales trainer and facilitator.

Sonnia is now the founder of Career Studio – her solopreneur venture in the field of career counselling and career development for students and young professionals to identify suitable career streams as well as provide services for studying overseas.

Sonnia is also a certified life coach specializing in career transitions and leadership development and partners with organizations to deliver career growth, executive coaching and workplace coaching including DE&I. She believes in the power of human potential and works with organizations that want to develop their employees and improve performance as well as with individuals wanting to achieve their personal and professional goals. She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF, USA).

She is an executive member with WICCI Coaching Council for Haryana and facilitates sales and leadership programs.  Sonnia has also taken the initiative with like-minded people to help women succeed in their careers through the platform of MentorW.
