Andy Tan is the Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Partnership & Operations for Millennium Hotels & Resorts. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of over 150+ hotels worldwide, providing seamless customer experiences and service excellence. Recently, his added responsibility of Global Food & Beverage, include driving sales and revenue generation, to support the ambitious achievements of Millennium Hotels & Resorts growth plans.  Andy has an impressive and progressive track record in the hospitality industry spanning over 30 years, having held senior leadership roles at a regional and global level, at Hotelbeds Group, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and Marriott  International. In addition, Andy is also part of two committees with Singapore Hotel Association, namely, Sustainability and Technical committee, to drive adoption in improving operational efficiencies and service excellence.

Andy has a Masters Business Administration (MBA) in International Hospitality & Service Management, from the prestigious and accredited, Glion Institute of Higher Education. He is multi-lingual and speaks English, Mandarin, Thai and several Chinese dialects.
