    Byung-Il Park of Shilla HM completed IHG Revenue Management training in 2010 at the Holiday Inn Gwangju, and has been responsible for the Revenue Manager position in Seoul (Shilla Stay) and Jeju (Ramada Plaza Jeju, Haevichi), where he gained diverse market experience and developed various Revenue Management Tools, thereby laying the foundation for the development of Revenue Management logic. By applying the Revenue Management system of global hotels to local hotels, he was able to achieve the highest sales performance for a single business location since opening. Currently, he is in charge of overseeing Revenue Management for 14 branches of Shilla HM.

     

    신라 HM 박병일 팀장은 2010 년 홀리데이인 광주에서 IHG Revenue Management 교육을 이수하였으며, 서울 (신라스테이)과 제주 (라마다 플라자 제주, 해비치) 에서 Revenue Manager 업무를 담당하며 다양한 시장 경험 및 다양한 Revenue Management Tool 개발하여 Revenue Management 로직 개발의 발판을 마련 하였다.  글로벌 호텔의 Revenue Management 시스템을 로칼 호텔에 적용하여 단일 사업장및 오픈 이후 최대 매출의 성과를 이룰 수 있었고 현재는 신라 HM 14 개 지점 Revenue Management 총괄 책임을 지고 있다.
