He is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and success of the hotel, which comprises 359 rooms, three signature restaurants, and 26,000 square feet of function space. The hotel has been recognized withtwo prestigious awards – The Luxury Wedding Hotel – Regional and The Luxury Conference & Event Hotel – Regional –  at the World Luxury Hotel Awards 2023. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East is one of the top-performing hotels among the more than 700 IHG hotels in Greater China.

Before his current role, Mr. Cheung worked with several luxury brands and corporate entities, such as Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group,. IHG, and Marriott Hotels Group. With over 20 years of local hotel experience in Hong Kong, Mr. Cheung specializes in sales, marketing, and revenue management.
