Matthias Dybing is the founder of Revmandis, Herobe and Nuvho Hotels; a new breed of hospitality businesses with the sole vision to provide expertise, services and tech products that improve day-to-day lives of hoteliers, and make their businesses more sustainably profitable.

Matt is passionate hotelier with 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, working for small to large hotel brands with hotels located in cities, regional areas and resort destinations. Matt worked everywhere in operations, knows his way around the housekeeping and F&B department, but ultimately decided more than a decade ago that revenue management and distribution was to be his calling.

Matt has held senior revenue management and distribution positions for Mint Hotels and Worldhotels in Europe before moving to Australia where he worked for Rydges Hotels and Resort, Accor and Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia. Matt now runs Revmandis, Herobe and Nuvho Hotels with a couple of partners out of Brisbane in Australia.

HSMAI ROLE: Mathias is also an advisor to HSMAI Asia Pacific and a “Certified HSMAI Trainer” in Revenue Management and Distribution.
