I am the Lead Economist for Oxford Economics’ tourism team in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, working on a combination of subscription and bespoke consulting projects. I contribute to the company’s forecasts for travel flows in APAC, analyse trends and developments in the region for tourism, and regularly present our outlook for the industry at events and webinars. Having worked with Oxford Economics for four years, I have also worked on a variety of bespoke projects for clients, including economic impact analysis for attractions, events and sub-sectors of the tourism industry, custom forecasts and scenarios, and the impact of policy changes on tourism demand. Prior to joining Oxford Economics, I worked at the Reserve Bank of Australia for seven years.
I am currently based in Sydney, Australia, having previously worked in Oxford Economics’ global headquarters in Oxford (UK) and the Frankfurt (Germany) office.
