Norman joined DerbySoft in October 2022 as Global Business Development Director responsible for Property Connector, a solution for hotel groups and independent hotels to expand the Customer Reach and Brand Exposure with Direct Sales, Marketing and Distribution.

Prior to DerbySoft, Norman was Regional Vice President, North Asia for TravelClick where he started in December1999 as Director of Sales North Asia. Over those years, Norman recommended solutions and gave consultative advice in revenue management, distribution strategies, digital marketing, data analysis to increase market share with hotels.

Before his career path change, Norman had 14 years sales & marketing background in hospitality industry. He first started his career with tour wholesaler and then moved to hotel sector where he worked at Sheraton Hong Kong, Holiday Inn Golden Mile, Regal Hotels and Harbour Plaza Hong Kong. Norman has developed an in-depth understanding of CRS, online distribution & marketing during his 8 years at Regal Hotels.

Norman holds a bachelor degree in Business Administrative Studies from York University, Toronto, Canada.
