Peter started his journey with the hotel industry in Marketing – at a time that direct mail reigned over email – and after 11 years, grew frustrated with the lack of desire to harness the value of the mass of data at our fingertips. And so, in 2001 Intouch Data was started with the vision of re-engineering hotel data to facilitate and track direct marketing.
Our business has evolved over time and will continue to do so. We now provide CRM and BI applications to hotel chains and individual properties and are gathering world-wide attention from other vendors who see Intouch Data as a solution to their data needs.
As CEO and founder of Intouch data, I am still incredibly passionate about the industry and even more so about what we offer – every day still comes with an opportunity.
