Professor Jinsoo Han has been with College of Hotel & Tourism Management at Kyunghee University since 1996 and teaching service marketing, customer satisfaction management, hotel marketing, and hotel room management with expertise in service marketing area. He is also conducting a review on customer satisfaction and service quality of companies as well as Korea Management Awards judge.

한진수 교수는 1996년 부터 현재까지 경희대학교 호텔관광대학 호스피탈리티경영학과에서 서비스마케팅 분야에 관심을 가지고 마케팅 전공으로서 서비스 마케팅, 고객만족 경영, 호텔마케팅 및 호텔객실경영 등의 강의를 하고 있으며, 기업체의 고객만족 및 한국경영대상 심사위원, 서비스품질 관련 심사를 하고 있다.
