He has held senior management positions at renowned global consulting and CPG companies, including Deloitte India, KPMG India, Indeed Strategy Consulting, Faces Cosmetics, Revlon Cosmetics, and ITC Moscow. Rajat’s specialized areas include Corporate Strategy, Route to Market and Entry strategy, Sales & Trade Marketing, Distributor Management, Shopper Marketing, and Sales Force Effectivity. He has worked with leading CPG and Retail clients, offering strategic guidance on various areas such as Route-to-market strategy, Shopper Marketing & Merchandising, Sales organization design, Data analytics, and Customer Loyalty. Rajat has also managed international business operations for Revlon cosmetics in the EMEA region, overseeing affiliates and distributors across 30 countries. He is actively engaged in publishing thought leaderships, speaking at industry events, collaborating with tech alliance partners for tech implementation, and supporting M&A/PE/CF activities in the CPG industry. Additionally, Rajat provides support to state governments on large-scale projects in the Consumer & Agri sectors and serves on industry committees for organizations like FICCI and CII. He has also played a pivotal role in assisting the Direct Selling industry with model re-design and regulatory compliance.
