Tareq Bagaeen is a career hotelier, having worked in the industry for two and a half decades in senior commercial roles within brands like The Ritz-Carlton, Banyan Tree, Hyatt and Radisson. Early in 2016 he set up aQedina which is a company based out of Bangkok, that focuses on commercial trainings, quality, and people development for the hospitality industry. Since then, he and his team have had the pleasure to train over 16000 hotel sales professionals in 48 countries across multiple continents, companies, and cultures.
