Tiffany started her career in hospitality at Millennium Hilton Seoul and has over 20 years of experience in hotel sales, currently working as the Director of Events at Grand Hyatt Seoul. She has previously led teams in events, room sales, and MICE at The Ritz-Carlton Seoul, Sheraton D-Cube and Conrad Hotels She has also participated in the opening project of Banyan Tree Club & Spa. Leveraging her extensive experience, she excels in leading diverse customer-centric sales activities.

제숙현 팀장은 밀레니엄 힐튼 서울에서 호텔리어로 경력을 시작한 후, 20년 이상의 호텔 세일즈 경력을 보유한 전문가로, 현재 그랜드 하얏트 호텔의 이벤트 세일즈 팀장으로 재직 중이다. 이전에는 리츠칼튼 서울, 쉐라톤 디큐브 및 콘래드 서울에서 이벤트, 룸 세일즈 및 MICE팀의 리더로서 활약하였고, 반얀트리 클럽 & 스파의 호텔 오프닝 프로젝트에 참여하기도 하였다. 오랜 경력을 바탕으로 축적된 영업 노하우로 다양한 고객 중심의 영업 활동을 이끌며 역량을 발휘하고 있다.
