다수의 럭셔리 호텔 오프닝 경험을 보유하고 있으며, 특히 객실부문에서의 전문성을 갖추고 있다.

호텔 매니저 이전에는 객실 룸 컨트롤러로 시작하여 프론트의 세부 부서와 하우스키핑까지 다채로운 근무 경험으로 폭넓은 인사이트를 보유하고 있다.
