HSMAI ROC – FAQs
Can I get a group discount for ROC?

Hotel companies can enjoy significant discounts on the HSMAI Revenue Optimization Conference and Commercial Summit when they register 5 or more people from the same company. The discount is $100 off per person for the 2-day registration.

Please send us the names of each person that will be attending, we’ll need:

  • First name
  • Family name
  • Job Title
  • Company Name or Property name
  • Country of Residence.
  • Your official company name and address to be included on the invoice

What is the cancellation policy for HSMAI’s ROC conference?

For piece of mind, tickets are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to the conference. Cancellations received within 72 hours will not be refunded, except in the case of a medical emergency (including if you are required to quarantine due to Covid-19 exposure).

The transferring of a registration to a colleague is free of charge and must be requested in writing.

All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing to info@hsmai-asia.org.

Can I transfer my ROC ticket to a colleague?

A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to info@hsmai-asia.org.

Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Can I apply for a TIP-it grant to attend the conference?

If you are a Singaporean or a permanent resident of Singapore, you are able to apply for the Training Industry Professionals in Tourism (TIP-it) grant for the conference through the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).  More information is available from the Singapore Tourism Board website or send any queries about the grant to STB_Incentives@stb.gov.sg.

What are the conference health and safety protocols?

HSMAI and Marina Bay Sands will follow the most up-to-date guidance from the Singapore Government for indoor gatherings in terms of masks and other protocols. Details will be shared closer to the conference date as restrictions are changing often.    

I need help with my conference registration

If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact info@hsmai-asia.org.
