Anupam is a seasoned business leader with over three decades of corporate experience. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a wide range of skills in general management and leadership across diverse industries. He has set up and scaled businesses up to 3000 people and led multiple cross functional teams supporting operations in US, UK, Australia and other parts of the globe for leading brands like General Electric, Ventura, Bank of America and Rio Tinto.

As the Country Head and SVP at Cvent India, Anupam has been instrumental in doubling the organization to 2,500 people over the last 5 years. Prior to Cvent, he was the India Managing Director at Encore Capital, a Nasdaq listed global financial services company with customer base in 15 countries.

Throughout his distinguished career, Anupam has received numerous industry recognitions and accolades, including the Excellence in Sales and Service, Asia Division at Bank of America, the CEO’s Special Achievement Award at General Electric, and the ‘Young CEO’ award by Business India.

Anupam is a certified life coach and is passionate about leadership development. He has also been a mentor to students across prestigious institutions, including IIM Rohtak, IIM Ahmedabad, and Jack Welch Management Institute
