Celine Quek, an effective, bilingual, and experienced professional, has spent more than 25 years in the hospitality industry specializing in both the Commercial and Operations discipline. She started her hospitality career in Food and Beverage Operations and has moved into Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Front Office Operations, Revenue Management and Business Systems & Solutions in property, cluster, and corporate environments in Asia hotel companies such as Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Travelodge Hotels Asia.
A firm believer in long-life learning, Celine is always upskilling herself and has acquired several professional certificates including a Master Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management with a focus on Restaurant Revenue Management. She is also a Certified Data Analyst and a Certified Agile Facilitator and Coach. She believes nothing encourages one to continue learning about a subject than teaching it. She joined Republic Polytechnic as a Senior Lecturer to pursue her passion for nurturing new leaders for the industry. She has led winning student teams in global competitions such as STR Global Student Market Study and the inaugural HSMAI Foundation’s Global Collegiate Marketing Case Competition.
