    Previously a co-owner of forward-thinking venues ACME and Bar Brosé, Ed has spent 15 years immersing himself in the ever-changing hospitality landscape. Ed is an authority on drinks, founder of Big Mood bottled cocktails, a former Global Brand Ambassador for Regal Rogue Vermouth and author of The Cocktail Garden, published by Hardie Grant across Australia, USA, and UK.

    In recent years he has overseen creative strategy for Solotel Hospitality and served as Creative Director of The Point Group (Shell House/The Dolphin/Harry’s) driving food, beverage, event and entertainment ideation.

    Now, Ed has embarked on a new venture with his own creative consultancy, Studio AM:PM focusing on concept development, creative strategy and experiential marketing tailored for the hospitality industry. In a world where people can order almost anything from the comfort of their homes, Studio AM:PM recognises that it’s never been more crucial for operators to devise innovative hospitality concepts that keep their patrons engaged.
