Karishma is currently Area Director – Finance and Revenue Management (North Area) The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) and is a bonafide member of the HSMAI India Chapter Advisory Board.

With over 20 years of experience in the Tata Group as a TAS Manager, Karishma has worked in Tata Motors followed by a much larger association with IHCL across various functions – Revenue Management and Distribution, Sales and Marketing and now recently has taken on the mantle of Finance .

Her expertise lies in  Business 360 , Analytics, Pricing Optimisation, Marketing and Sales Strategy, Revenue &  Asset Optimisation, Margin Enhancement, Financial Management and People Management.

Extremely well versed with business dynamics and well –travelled  across key Indian and International markets of IHCL, in her most recent role as Associate Vice President  – Revenue Management she has rolled out various systems and processes for the organisation and along the way, has built many more Revenue Leaders . She also undertook two international assignments in London and New York and is currently based in New Delhi.

She has a  B.A. Hons Economics from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi (University Ranking of 8 )  followed by an M.A. in Economics from JNU, New Delhi.

 Personal Interests  – Karishma’s interests lie in wine appreciation;  she is a WSET London – Level 3 certificate holder and also has an interest in foreign languages and travel.
