Lynn is a revenue management and training expert with more than two decades in hospitality. Her extensive revenue management experience includes leadership roles with Marriott International, Crestline Hotels & Resorts, and several independent hotels in the United States, Africa, and Asia. Lynn’s diverse background also includes sales leadership with Hilton Hotels, head of account management for the African OTA Jumia Travel, and training and program management with Marriott.
Lynn’s specialty is the ability to translate technical concepts to people in non-technical roles with contagiously high energy and passion.
In addition to her diverse background, Lynn is an adjunct professor in the hospitality program at Virginia Tech University and an AHLEI Certified Hospitality Educator. She was a visiting professor at Lyceum of the Philippines University and has been a guest speaker at universities around the world.
Lynn earned a B.S. from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She holds the CRME and CHDM certifications from HSMAI and the CHIA certification from AHLEI. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Derek and their Westie Kermit.
