Shengwen is currently responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that delivers revenue across all streams – Rooms, Catering and Food & Beverage at the Hilton Singapore since Feb 2017. Drive business growth capitalizing on Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Public Relations in an effort to exceed fair market share.
Previously, Shengwen was Director of Revenue Management at the Conrad Centennial Singapore prior to joining Hilton Singapore. Cumulative 11 years of experience in hospitality spanning across various functions (Food & Beverage, Front Office, E-commerce) and worked in multiple brands like St. Regis, Conrad, Pan Pacific, Doubletree by Hilton and PARKROYAL within Asia Pacific.
