His robust educational background is complemented by an MBA and various certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, PMP, ISA, MCSE, MCDBA, CCNA, and ITIL Digital Leader, equipping him with a solid technical foundation. His journey at the Mandarin Oriental began in 2012 as a Regional Project Manager, following valuable stints at Starwood Hotel Group and Galaxy Entertainment Group, where he sharpened his skills in the field. Promoted to Vice President of Technology in 2020 to oversee IT operations and new project developments in Asia, Sunny advanced to his current role in 2023.
