Su Hee Song has been working as the Front Office Manager at Inspire Entertainment Resort since June 2023. Prior to this role, she gained valuable experience at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul and Jeju Shinhwa World.
At JW Marriott, Ms. Song started as an Agent and worked her way up, achieving recognition as a Top Upseller for 5 consecutive years. During this time, she was responsible for conducting upselling training and contributed to the team’s overall sales performance and goal achievement. She later gained expertise in various front office departments such as Front Desk, At Your Service, and Executive Floor Lounge. Currently, at Inspire Entertainment Resort, Ms. Song has been instrumental in establishing standard operating procedures and plans, hiring managers and staff, and focus on maintaining and enhancing the quality of customer service, with an emphasis on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the hotel.

송수희 Front Office Manager는 2023년 6월부터 Inspire Entertainment Resort의 Front Office Manager로 근무중이다. 그 전에는 JW Marriott Hotel Seoul과 제주신화월드에서도 근무한 경력이 있다. JW Marriott에서 송수희 매니저는 Agent 직급부터 시작하여 5년간 지속적으로 Top upseller로 활약했다. 그 기간 동안 업셀 관련 교육을 담당하며 팀 전체 매출 및 팀 골 달성에 기여했다. 이후에는 Front Desk, At Your Service & Executive Floor Lounge 등 객실 부서에서 근무하며 서비스 분야의 전문성을 지속적으로 강화했다. 현재 Inspire Entertainment Resort에서는 Grand Opening 전부터 표준 운영 절차 및 계획 수립, Manager 및 직원 채용, 그리고 호텔의 운영 효율성과 고객 만족도를 높이는 데 중점을 두고 고객 서비스의 품질을 유지하고 향상시키는 업무를 하고 있다.
