Steven Hopkinson currently serves as the Senior Vice President for EMEA & AsiaPac at Groups360, leading the sales operations. Our goal at Groups360 has been to bring transparency and simplicity to booking group travel. Through our technology and our solutions, we’re helping our customers save time, build trust and accelerate revenue.

It’s a philosophy that many agree with, including four of the top global hotel brands – Accor, Hilton, IHG and Marriott – who in 2019 invested in our people, direction and tech solution. As desire for our solution grew, so did our need to accelerate and expand the technology. This time, we found like-minded partners within private equity and in early 2022, Blackstone Innovations Investments, Fir Tree Partners and Zigg Capital became investors in our company vision.

Prior to joining Groups360, Steven was the co-founder of IDEM Hospitality, a technology company which built an innovative global Group Housing solution for the hotel industry. In 2020, IDEM was acquired by Groups360 and Steven joined in a senior leadership role to continue the global expansion of the company.

Steven has been involved in the technology and digital content industry since the early 1990’s having been part of the founding team for PhotoDisc, which was successfully acquired by Getty Images and going on to grow the Getty Images business across the Asia Pac region over the next decade. He also served in Senior leadership roles at Liberty Media and has been an active investor in a number of start-up technology and media companies.
